Product Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Latin America.

📋 Description

• You will be responsible for designing and overseeing product development for a government technology platform.

• The role encompasses the entire product lifecycle: conducting customer research, creating wireframes, developing flows, building prototypes, and final specifications, all the way to product launch.

• Some days you will be deeply engaged in customer interviews, analyzing complex workflows.

• On other days, you might be crafting product intents and acceptance criteria, facilitating grooming sessions, or making iterations directly in Claude Design or Lovable.

• AI tools will be integral to your daily processes, rather than an afterthought.

• You will report to the Director of Product and Design and collaborate closely with another hybrid designer/PM to encompass the entire product landscape.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years in product design, complemented by significant experience in project management.

• Strong instincts for customer research: you are adept at conducting effective interviews and know how to apply your findings.

• Proficiency in AI design and development tools such as Lovable, Claude, Make, or similar platforms.

• Demonstrated capability to lead a sprint, rather than merely participating.

• Product instincts that prioritize user outcomes over feature lists.

• Excellent communicator with non-technical stakeholders, both in writing and verbally.

• Ability to navigate ambiguity and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

• Experience in GovTech, B2B SaaS, or enterprise software aimed at non-technical buyers (preferred).

• A background in government operations or public sector products (preferred).
