Product Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Engage with customers on a regular basis.

• Identify issues, confusion, and genuine needs through active listening.

• Take full ownership of the design process from start to finish.

• Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and final specifications.

• Draft, prioritize, and design product intents along with acceptance criteria.

• Facilitate planning, grooming sessions, and retrospectives.

• Prototype and iterate using tools like Claude Design or Make.

• Articulate what has been delivered and its significance.

• Ensure stakeholders are always informed about changes and their impact on users.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 3 years of experience in product design, complemented by substantial PM experience.

• Strong instincts for customer research.

• Skilled in conducting effective interviews and utilizing findings.

• Proficient in AI design and development tools (e.g., Lovable, Claude, Make, or similar).

• Proven capability to lead sprints rather than merely participate.

• Product instincts focused on user outcomes rather than just features.

• Excellent communication skills with non-technical stakeholders, both written and verbal.

• Adaptable to ambiguity and fast-paced environments.

• Bonus: Experience in GovTech, B2B SaaS, or enterprise software for non-technical buyers.
