Product Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Design comprehensive features for RTB House panels, covering problem identification, user flows, wireframes, mockups, implementation assistance, and design quality assurance.

• Apply product enhancements derived from audits, data evaluations, and usability studies.

• Collaborate with stakeholders, engineering teams, and fellow designers on improvements, scope breakdown, handoffs, and interaction specifications.

• Work within and extend the Design System in Figma by utilizing components, tokens, and auto-layouts; identify gaps and co-develop new patterns.

• Conduct UX research, which includes user interviews, usability testing, and both quantitative and qualitative data analysis.

• Enhance daily operations and user interactions through the use of contemporary AI tools.

• Design efficiently while adhering to technical, business, and real-world system limitations.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 4 years of overall design experience, including at least 2 years within a product team.

• Strong analytical abilities with a talent for deconstructing complex problems into manageable components.

• Practical experience working with qualitative and quantitative data, as well as analytics tools, including the use of AI to optimize these processes.

• Demonstrated experience in conducting UX research such as usability tests, in-depth interviews, surveys, and research analysis, including AI optimization.

• Basic understanding of HTML and CSS fundamentals in the context of web development.

• Proficiency in English (minimum B2 level).

• High degree of independence, accountability, problem-solving attitude, and excellent organizational skills.

• Aesthetic awareness, meticulous attention to detail, and dedication to visual consistency.

• Strong proficiency in utilizing AI tools in your daily design workflow.

• A portfolio showcasing robust end-to-end product design experience.

• Experience in designing products within the AdTech sector.

• Experience in creating complex B2B platforms, CMS, or CRM solutions.

• Advanced expertise in AI tools for design and process automation.

• Figma competence, particularly with Design Systems, Components, Tokens, and Auto-layout.

• Familiarity with AI tools such as Claude and ChatGPT.
