Product Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Europe.

📋 Description

• Take full ownership of projects from start to finish: collaborate with customer support and engineering to identify issues, explore various solutions, validate swiftly, and implement enhancements that impact key metrics.

• Conduct light, self-directed research: engage with customers, rapidly test assumptions, and pivot based on insights gained.

• Utilize AI tools for prototyping to refine ideas.

• Provide clarity on the product vision and the necessary developments.

• Alleviate complexity for users.

• Possess experience as a product designer working with intricate products.

• Have a proven track record of managing projects from defining the problem to launching and iterating.

• Regularly incorporate LLMs such as Claude or ChatGPT into your design process.

• Present a portfolio that demonstrates strong product thinking, interaction design, and craftsmanship.

• Establish success metrics and adapt based on outcomes.

• Communicate clearly and purposefully.
