Product Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• You will be responsible for designing the products central to app.ondo.finance, where private clients, high-value investors, and primary-market participants can access, subscribe to, and manage advanced financial instruments across various blockchain ecosystems.

• Transform intricate financial concepts and user requirements into intuitive and reliable product experiences.

• Create comprehensive flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity user interfaces for both web and mobile platforms.

• Contribute to product strategy and, at a senior level, lead efforts alongside Product and Engineering teams.

• Enhance and advance our design system, complete with necessary documentation and tools.

• Collaborate with Engineering during implementation to ensure precision and quality.

• Establish design success metrics and assess the impact of your contributions.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years in product design, specifically for web or mobile applications, with a strong preference for experience in fintech, trading, investing, or banking products.

• Craftsmanship. You exhibit high standards in UI and interaction design, with a portfolio that demonstrates complete systems and refinement, rather than isolated screens.

• Ability to simplify complexity. You transform dense, regulated, and high-stakes financial information into accessible and trustworthy experiences.

• Systems thinking. You can design scalable, cohesive experiences by understanding how individual features integrate into the overall product ecosystem and design system.

• Collaboration and influence. You excel in forging strong cross-functional partnerships and can effectively sway decisions across Product, Engineering, and other stakeholders.

• Self-direction and communication. You thrive in a remote, low-oversee setting and can articulate your design rationale clearly to Product, Engineering, and leadership teams.

• Product-oriented mindset. You focus on framing problems before solutions, linking design choices to business results, and are willing to challenge scope when necessary.

• End-to-end ownership. You oversee projects from discovery through flows, high-fidelity designs, engineering handoff, to final shipping.
