Product Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Engage with the Product organization, concentrating on the creation of top-notch internal products for the company.

• Collaborate with diverse teams, including developers, tech leads, and Product Managers, to ensure that proposed solutions align with business objectives and meet the needs of internal users.

• Identify and comprehend internal users’ challenges, requirements, and aspirations through direct and ongoing engagement, utilizing UX Research methodologies.

• Lead the discovery phase employing the Double Diamond framework, progressing from initial research and ideation to testing and final implementation.

• Create prototypes using Figma, adhering to design systems and componentization principles to ensure consistent and scalable interfaces.

• Track the performance of internal products, utilizing metrics to refine and enhance proposed solutions continuously.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience as a Product Designer working on digital products.

• Familiarity with discovery processes (particularly the Double Diamond approach), UX Research, and leveraging data-driven methods to guide design choices.

• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities with interdisciplinary teams, capable of justifying and defending design choices based on data and industry best practices.

• Experience collaborating within agile teams.

• Understanding of design systems, componentization, information hierarchy, and UX/UI design patterns.

• Proven proficiency in using Figma as the primary tool for prototyping, along with knowledge of complementary design software.

• Basic knowledge of motion design and video editing is an advantage.
