Product Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Portugal.

📋 Description

• Take charge of the complete design process for new features and enhancements to the product;

• Collaborate with Product Managers, Engineers, and Product Designers to transform business and user requirements into user-friendly solutions;

• Conduct user research and usability testing to validate ideas and gather insights that guide design choices;

• Develop and maintain our design system to ensure the product remains visually coherent and scalable;

• Introduce innovative ideas by keeping up with the latest UX and UI trends, tools, and best practices.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient in English and Portuguese;

• Possess 2 to 4 years of experience in user-centered design, accompanied by a strong portfolio showcasing thoughtful and impactful digital experiences;

• Expert in Figma, including design systems and Auto Layout;

• Comfortable conducting user research, interviews, and usability testing to validate and enhance your work;

• Able to articulate and justify design decisions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders;

• Have a keen eye for detail and a solid understanding of interaction design, accessibility, and responsive design;

• Excel in a fast-paced environment where your contributions significantly influence the product;

• Some familiarity with Webflow is considered a valuable asset!
