Product Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of the design process from problem identification to product launch.

• Partner with advisors to gain insights into issues and guide design decisions.

• Leverage and enhance the design system to ensure high quality.

• Engage in giving and receiving constructive feedback to refine and improve solutions.

• Experience in designing intricate multi-user products.

• Proficient in Figma and AI tools such as Claude Code and Cursor.

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts.

• Capacity to work diligently and deliver results on a daily basis.

• A deep passion for visual design and attention to detail in execution.

• Comfortable navigating uncertainty and collaborating effectively with Product Owners and Engineers.

• Excellent communication skills, including the ability to provide constructive pushback.
