This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.
• Creating user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity screens for both web and responsive mobile platforms within the investment domain.
• Facilitating both moderated and unmoderated usability testing sessions, and distilling insights into clear, actionable recommendations.
• Utilizing HotJar (heatmaps, session recordings) to pinpoint friction points, validate design hypotheses, and reveal authentic user behavior.
• Contributing to and upholding a shared design system — including tokens, components, and documentation — to maintain consistency across the product.
• Collaborating closely with product managers and engineers throughout the entire delivery cycle, from initial brief to final build.
• Presenting design decisions to the product team with a clear rationale, substantiating your choices with data and evidence.
• Implementing accessible UI principles — such as contrast, sizing, color, and typography — to ensure the product is usable for everyone.
• Over 3 years of commercial product design experience in a digital product setting.
• A minimum of 1 year working in fintech, banking, payments, or another regulated industry.
• Proficient in Figma — including auto layout, variants, components, responsive constraints, and prototyping.
• Experience with existing design systems (tokens, component libraries, documentation).
• Clear understanding of the Business Analyst role, with practical experience in writing user stories.
• Hands-on experience with user research — including moderated and unmoderated usability testing, synthesis, and actionable reporting.
• Practical experience using HotJar or similar analytics tools to derive insights, not merely observe.
• Strong understanding of responsive design principles — including breakpoints, grid systems, desktop, and mobile.
• Advanced English proficiency (C1) — both written and verbal, including asynchronous communication.
• Experience with P2P lending or investment products (user perspective is valuable) is a plus.
• Familiarity with Maze or other specialized research and testing tools is a plus.
• Basic understanding of front-end constraints (HTML/CSS awareness, not coding) is a plus.
• Portfolio must demonstrate:
- At least one case study of a fintech or complex data-heavy product.
- An end-to-end process: problem → research → design → outcome.
- Work on responsive web (not solely mobile applications).
• 18 working days of fully paid vacation.
• 10 compensated sick leaves at 50% without a doctor's note.
• Opportunities for study leaves.
• Various health insurance packages based on tenure.
• Corporate English courses with 50% reimbursement.
• Access to an offline library.
• Support for internal or external training or certification requests.
