Product Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants anywhere in the world.

📋 Description

• Create JTX designs for both web and mobile platforms, encompassing order entry, market data, charts, position management, execution visibility, onboarding processes, and wallet transactions.

• Transition features from problem identification to user experience (UX) and final user interface (UI) implementation.

• Take ownership of and enhance the design system and token library utilized by engineering teams.

• Contribute to marketing design efforts, including creating landing pages, social media assets, and promotional materials.

• Assist with design projects for other Jito offerings as required.

• Release design outputs, monitor actual usage, and implement continuous improvements.

• Collaborate closely with engineering and product teams on key product decisions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Strong understanding of product design and the ability to articulate design rationale.

• Capable of identifying and clarifying issues related to hierarchy and clarity on complex screens.

• Comfortable working across research, user experience, and user interface disciplines.

• Ability to work autonomously while involving the team in significant decisions.

• Proactive in collaborating with engineering and product teams.

• At ease with providing and receiving direct, constructive feedback.

• Proficient in Figma.

• Experienced in working with token-based design systems.

• Preferred: background in designing consumer B2C crypto or fintech products, or practical trading experience.

• Preferred: familiarity with trading terminals, exchange platforms, or brokerage products.

• Preferred: experience with large-scale consumer fintech applications.

• Preferred: knowledge of data-dense or real-time interfaces, dashboards, analytics, or live data visualizations.

• Preferred: experience with self-custodial wallets, Solana, or EVM products.

• Preferred: experience in constructing or maintaining a token-based design system.
