Product Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Latin America.

📋 Description

• Create user experiences that are both intuitive and visually captivating for web and mobile platforms.

• Develop wireframes, user flows, high-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes.

• Build and sustain components within the design system of the product.

• Collaborate closely with the Product and Engineering teams to convert requirements into actionable design solutions.

• Work alongside the Senior Product Manager and VP of Product & Engineering throughout the entire product development process.

• Maintain consistency, usability, and visual excellence across both web and mobile experiences.

• Engage in design reviews and integrate feedback from relevant stakeholders.

• Prepare designs and specifications to facilitate effective handoffs to engineering.

• Utilize Jira for managing design-related tasks and fostering collaboration within the product development workflow.

• Contribute to product discovery and user research as these initiatives are integrated into the role.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient in English with professional communication skills.

• Over 3 years of experience in Product Design, UX/UI Design, or a related field.

• A robust portfolio showcasing experience in web and mobile product design.

• Strong comprehension of UI/UX principles, user flows, interaction design, and prototyping techniques.

• Advanced skills in Figma, including expertise in design systems and reusable components.

• Experience working closely with Product Managers and Engineering teams.

• Familiarity with Jira or similar project/task management software.

• Exceptional attention to detail and a keen sense of visual design.

• Capability to translate product requirements and business objectives into user-friendly experiences.

• Strong skills in communication and collaboration.
