Product Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Transforming logos into vector formats, saving them in the appropriate file types, and creating mock-ups for the sales team's utilization.

• Engaging in the complete production-level workflow.

• Visiting the vendor’s site to prepare artwork layouts that ensure accurate sizing and imprint methods, making them ready for production.

• Adjusting type and sizing imprints on promotional items.

• Designing a diverse array of graphics and layouts for product illustrations.

• Extracting product templates from supplier websites to generate proofs.

• Sending proofs to clients for their review and approval.

• Guaranteeing the smooth transition of approved orders into the production phase and overseeing order status to avoid any delays.

• Coordinating with internal teams and clients for any revisions or suggestions.

• Evaluating project specifics and crafting a final product that meets all outlined requirements.

• Performing ad hoc tasks that align with the responsibilities mentioned above.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or a related discipline.

• 1-3 years of demonstrated experience as a Graphic Designer, Production Artist, or in a similar role.

• Excellent verbal, written, and English communication abilities.

• Willingness to work overnight/graveyard shifts in Philippine time or within US operational hours.

• Proficient in both Microsoft and Google applications.

• Skilled in Adobe software, particularly Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Acrobat Pro, and InDesign.

• Technically adept with a strong understanding of file formats, image optimization techniques, and color management.

• Capable of managing multiple tasks and priorities through effective organization and prioritization while adhering to tight deadlines.

• A robust portfolio showcasing your creative and technical expertise in graphic design, along with your ability to produce visually compelling designs.
