Product Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Create thoughtful and intuitive experiences across operational software, payments, analytics, and AI-driven workflows.

• Assist in the development and refinement of a scalable design system that maintains a close alignment between design and implementation, utilizing AI-driven workflows to ensure a seamless link between Figma and code (using Claude Code or relevant technologies).

• Develop polished user interfaces with a keen focus on typography, spacing, hierarchy, consistency, and interaction details.

• Establish reusable components, patterns, and guidelines that enhance user experience and accelerate development velocity.

• Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, Operations, and Leadership to comprehend challenges and determine the most effective solutions.

• Engage in product strategy discussions, influencing what is built as well as how it appears.

• Prototype concepts, explore ideas, and clearly communicate product and design reasoning.

• Maintain a high standard of design quality during implementation by collaborating directly with engineers.

• Contribute to illustrations, visual assets, and overall product storytelling when appropriate.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human-Computer Interaction or User Experience Design.

• 1-2 years of experience in Product Design, Visual Design, UX Design, or Design Systems.

• Exceptional visual and interaction skills with a strong craft.

• A systems-thinker who can consider aspects beyond pixels and design for multiple touchpoints.

• Experience in 0 to 1 projects or redesigning significant elements of product, experience, or service design.

• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.

• A portfolio that demonstrates both high-quality visual design and product thinking.
