Product Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

📋 Description

• Leading the development of outstanding user experience solutions across the full range of Cint products

• Performing user testing and conducting interviews to identify unmet needs, generate product insights, and promote innovation

• Collaborating on strategic design solutions with fellow members of the Product Design team

• Producing high-quality design artifacts, which include user requirements, personas, storyboards, workflows, wireframes, high-fidelity visual compositions, and design prototypes

• Simplifying complex systems into clear, user-friendly UI concepts

• Executing user tests with customers to confirm the effectiveness of design solutions

• Documenting your design rationale, discoveries, and proposals, and effectively communicating these to product teams and leadership

• Working closely with a diverse team that comprises other designers, researchers, writers, business and brand strategists, product and engineering leads, and software developers

• Collaborating with engineering teams to launch user-centered design solutions into the market

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in a product design or UX design position

• Proven visual design capabilities, with the ability to address complex user challenges through an elegantly intuitive interface

• Comprehensive understanding of user experience design processes and methodologies across desktop, mobile, and native applications

• Familiarity with accessibility standards and best practices for inclusive design

• Experience in testing prototypes and a passion for seeing your designs evolve into products that customers love to use

• Proficiency in modern design and collaboration tools, particularly Figma (experience with variables and auto-layout is advantageous)
