Senior Product Designer, Core Product

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of design delivery throughout the entire product lifecycle

• Convert intricate business and user challenges into straightforward design solutions

• Work closely with product managers and engineers

• Develop key design artifacts such as user flows and prototypes

• Enhance the consistency and scalability of the design system

• Engage in usability testing and user feedback processes

• Assist with high-priority projects

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in product design

• Robust portfolio showcasing user-centered design thinking and refined execution across a variety of projects

• Experience with complex platforms that involve multiple user flows

• Comfort working within cross-functional teams

• Capability to justify design choices through data, research findings, and customer insights

• Strong curiosity, practicality, and a commitment to high design standards
