Product Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Create daily experiences utilized by global enterprises and teams

• Streamline intricate workflows such as scheduling, communication, and customer interactions

• Collaborate across web and mobile products within a connected ecosystem

• Take charge of design challenges from exploration to implementation

• Work closely with Product, Engineering, and Design teams

• Leverage research, feedback, and data to enhance decision-making

• Strong design skills paired with product-oriented thinking

• Proven experience in designing tangible, shipped products (not merely concepts)

• Ability to balance user requirements, business objectives, and constraints

• Comfortable in a remote, asynchronous, and fast-paced setting

• Experience with complex workflows or multi-surface products is a plus

• A proactive individual who takes ownership and accountability for results
