• Collaborate with Product Managers and the data team to co-lead the product vision and design strategy.
• Establish, monitor, and act upon UX metrics including task success rate, time spent on tasks, error rates, and behavioral signals.
• Identify opportunities proactively and suggest product enhancements based on user insights, metrics, and validated hypotheses.
• Work with the data team to create A/B tests and assess the impact of design choices through evidence.
• Provide high-quality design solutions that are supported by clear metrics frameworks and tracking plans.
• Navigate through ambiguity with independence and initiative, defining scope, priorities, and timelines on your own.
• Create intuitive, scalable, and visually appealing user experiences across various digital platforms.
• Utilize AI tools to enhance efficiency, deepen research, support frontend shaping, and broaden product design ownership.
• Help define and promote AI standards and best practices within the design team.
• Actively engage in roadmap planning, sprint ceremonies, discovery sessions, and discussions regarding product strategy.
• Work closely with developers and engineers to ensure the feasibility and quality of design implementations.
• Facilitate workshops that align business objectives, user needs, and product opportunities.
• Mentor UX/UI Designers on product thinking, design quality, and data-informed decision-making.
• Stay updated on emerging trends in UX/UI, technologies, AI capabilities, and design best practices.
• Assist in recruitment and hiring processes through portfolio evaluations, technical assessments, and interviews.
• Promote user-centered design and continuous improvement throughout the organization.
• Bachelor’s degree in Interaction Design, Interface Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Service Design, Graphic Design with a focus on UX, or equivalent certification.
• 4–6+ years of experience in designing digital products and interfaces.
• A minimum of 1–2 years demonstrating strong product thinking and data-informed decision-making skills.
• Extensive experience in designing end-to-end user experiences for web and/or mobile products.
• Proven ability to define, monitor, and interpret UX KPIs, linking them to user and business outcomes.
• Experience in influencing product backlogs through data-driven design proposals and validated hypotheses.
• A strong collaborative product mindset, effectively working with Product Managers, developers, engineers, and data teams.
• Experience in designing and analyzing A/B tests and usability validation initiatives.
• Advanced proficiency in Figma, including design systems, tokens, scalable components, and file governance.
• Solid understanding of UX research, interaction design, visual design, accessibility, and usability principles.
• Full autonomy and self-direction, capable of defining scope, prioritizing work, and managing timelines independently.
• A systems-oriented and strategic problem-solving mindset.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Familiarity with Product Design frameworks such as Lean UX or Continuous Discovery.
• A strong technical foundation, including knowledge of frontend concepts, databases, APIs, and cloud architecture.
• Experience in leveraging AI tools to enhance design capabilities beyond traditional workflows.
• Ability to critically assess AI outputs for quality, bias, and usability considerations.
• Experience in mentoring or guiding other designers is a plus.
• Highly proficient in written and spoken English (C1 or higher) and Spanish.
