Product Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Create app screens and flows, including onboarding, user journeys, and product interfaces, aligned with established problems and objectives.

• Enhance designs in Figma through a seamless handoff to development, detailing components, states, scenarios, and specifications.

• Sustain and advance the Design System, incorporating variables and modes for each app and brand, while considering the B2B and white-label context.

• Modify the Design System and screens for each new co-branded client, factoring in visual identity, specific requirements, and necessary flow modifications.

• Generate short videos for in-app experiences, overseeing the process from AI generation to editing and final output.

• Develop layouts for in-app communications that align with various user journeys.

• Design web pages and landing pages.

• Produce custom marketing materials and assets for app stores.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience in digital product design (app/mobile), from defining problems to handing off designs.

• Strong proficiency in Figma, particularly in relation to design systems (components, variables, modes).

• Proven versatility: capable of navigating between product UI, web, and visual assets.

• Fluent application of AI within the design process (image generation, variations, support for video production).

• Ability to independently address a defined problem without detailed guidance.

• Excellent communication and self-management skills to thrive in a fully remote team environment.
