Product Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Europe.

📋 Description

• Take charge of design initiatives across various products while managing projects autonomously.

• Enhance and innovate customer-oriented web and mobile application experiences.

• Collaborate on internal products with an emphasis on workflow, usability, and operational efficiency.

• Tackle intricate problems within real-world commercial and regulatory frameworks.

• Oversee projects from initial discovery through to the delivery of solutions independently.

• Clearly convey your thought process and justify your design choices.

• Provide hands-on leadership by mentoring fellow designers while remaining actively involved in design tasks.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in designing digital products for web or mobile platforms.

• A strong portfolio that demonstrates genuine product work.

• Ability to take ownership of ambiguously defined challenges.

• Emphasis on clarity and usability over superficial aesthetics.

• Strong analytical thinking and communication skills.
