This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Europe.
• Take ownership of significant AI-native initiatives from start to finish, encompassing problem identification, delivery of outcomes, and iterative improvements.
• Establish a design vision for either Skills or Dubbing & Localisation interfaces, while influencing related product domains to maintain coherence.
• Collaborate closely with Product and Engineering teams to define what excellence entails (principles, quality standards, success metrics) and actively work toward achieving it.
• Rapidly prototype and evaluate interaction models—including innovative agentic and conversational designs—while discerning when high-fidelity designs are necessary.
• Elevate the standard of craftsmanship in areas such as interaction design, UI quality, systems thinking, and consistency across AI-native experiences.
• Extensive experience in designing complex, high-traffic product surfaces, preferably involving AI-native products, agentic functionalities, conversational interfaces, or systems that perform significant autonomous actions.
• Strong expertise in interaction design and visual design, with a proven history of delivering work that substantially enhances the product experience.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity: you can transform unclear and rapidly changing problem landscapes into clear direction and do not wait for complete clarity.
• Systems thinking: you comprehend how AI capabilities, model limitations, and product architecture influence what is feasible in the user experience—not just what appears visually appealing on a screen.
• Exceptional communication skills in design reviews and cross-functional decision-making environments.
• Experience in designing workflows that prioritize trust, transparency, and user control, enabling users to feel assured in AI-generated outputs instead of confused or marginalized.
• A history of addressing novel challenges in evolving product environments, guiding the product from initial concepts to execution.
• The capacity to utilize feedback from users and clients to ensure the product consistently meets real needs, including those of enterprise users who have high stakes concerning quality, compliance, and scalability.
