This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Monitor project deliverables associated with the deployment of Zoom phone across all branches.
• Refresh the status of deliverables in a centralized repository.
• Manage spreadsheets, including those utilized for data input during Zoom implementations.
• Upload spreadsheets and complete web forms into a centralized repository.
• Engage in various project meetings and, when necessary, support the Product Delivery Manager by documenting meeting minutes.
• Conduct quality assurance on data sets to ensure accuracy and data integrity.
• Provide regular metrics and reports regarding Zoom.
• 2-4 years of experience as a technology Project Coordinator.
• 8-10 years of experience using a PC in a business environment, including MS Office.
• Strong emphasis on accuracy and meticulous attention to detail.
• Proficient in Excel, including basic formulas, pivot tables, and graphing (Required).
• Proficient in PowerPoint (Required).
• Strong technical problem-solving skills.
• Ability to track a project from inception to successful deployment.
• Capacity to thrive in a fast-paced and ever-evolving industry.
• Willingness to work flexible hours and be available after hours/weekends if necessary to meet project deadlines.
