Product Delivery Manager – Contract

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Europe.

📋 Description

• Collect requirements from founders, business stakeholders, as well as sales, marketing, and customer success teams.

• Convert business needs into well-structured product initiatives and actionable tasks.

• Facilitate effective communication between business and product teams.

• Prioritize tasks within resource limitations, identifying and assessing initiatives that deliver the greatest results with the least effort.

• Ensure that stakeholder expectations are realistic and in line with delivery timelines.

• Lead sprint planning, backlog refinement, and prioritization meetings.

• Monitor product initiatives from concept to release.

• Keep clear documentation of requirements, decisions, and project progress.

• Ensure tasks are well-defined prior to entering the development phase.

• Coordinate efforts among Product Managers, Product Designers, and Engineering teams.

• Identify obstacles and proactively drive their resolution.

• Track delivery progress and escalate risks as necessary.

• Prepare regular updates on delivery for leadership.

• Maintain visibility into the progress of the roadmap.

• Develop and sustain operational processes that enhance team efficiency.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 3 years of experience in Product Operations, Product Management, Delivery Management, Program Management, or related fields.

• Extensive experience collaborating with product, design, and engineering teams.

• Exceptional stakeholder management and communication abilities.

• Skilled in translating business objectives into structured execution strategies.

• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and sprint-based delivery processes.

• Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.

• Capability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

• Proficiency in AI, with the ability to improve processes utilizing LLM capabilities.

• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
