Product Data Technician

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Portugal.

📋 Description

• Analyze, create, and/or edit information for items that arrive in production according to our guidelines;

• Identify similar products from various sources;

• Verify and validate product information to ensure accuracy and completeness by cross-referencing multiple sources;

• Compare product information to determine whether items are identical or different, identifying variations in attributes such as name, description, and other specifications;

• Investigate and resolve discrepancies uncovered during the validation process, documenting issues and effectively communicating findings to relevant stakeholders;

• Utilize the internal platform to register and monitor data quality;

• Analyze product defects and determine necessary actions to resolve them.

⛳️ Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in e-commerce, sales, or a related field is advantageous;

• Proficient in intermediate Excel skills;

• Strong attention to detail, with the capability to identify patterns, anomalies, and inconsistencies;

• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities without compromising quality standards;

• Capacity for abstraction, eagerness to learn new concepts, and work with new tools;

• Advanced IT and English language skills.
