Product Counsel

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take charge of daily product and regulatory guidance for critical components of our payouts platform

• Contribute to the development and deployment process within a regulated environment

• Act as a key contributor to our contracting processes as we expand

• Enhance efficiency through the creation of playbooks, checklists, and templates

• Provide support as a generalist when needed

⛳️ Requirements

• 4–6 years of legal practice experience (a combination of law firm and in-house experience is ideal)

• Strong understanding of U.S. financial regulatory matters pertaining to payments and money movement

• Excellent instincts in product counseling

• Proficient drafting and negotiation abilities

• Clear written communication skills and the capacity to foster trust in a cross-functional, remote setting

• J.D. and active bar membership in at least one U.S. jurisdiction
