Product Coordinator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Proven experience in developing or overseeing B2B SaaS products, preferably within restaurant technology, hospitality technology, POS systems, payroll, accounting, inventory management, online ordering, loyalty programs, or payment solutions.

• Skilled in converting complex operational issues into straightforward product specifications, user narratives, acceptance criteria, and priority for releases.

• Comfortable collaborating directly with engineering, QA, design, sales, customer success, implementation, and support teams.

• Technically proficient enough to grasp APIs, integrations, databases, mobile/web applications, and third-party systems without the necessity of daily coding.

• Provide customers with guidance on optimal product usage, troubleshoot initial problems, and address escalated support inquiries.

• Evaluate market trends, monitor competitor offerings, and gather customer insights to communicate with leadership and engineering teams.

• Oversee the production workflow to ensure timely manufacturing of products that meet specifications.

• Bachelor's degree in Product Design, Computer Science, or a related discipline.

• 2+ years of experience in product development or coordination.

• Exceptional communication and organizational abilities.

• Detail-oriented with robust problem-solving capabilities.

• Capable of working autonomously while effectively managing multiple projects.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools.

• Understanding of product design, materials sourcing, and manufacturing procedures.

• Able to work collaboratively across functions and maintain relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.

• Comprehends restaurant operations in depth, including labor management, food costs, menu oversight, refunds, voids, modifiers, kitchen workflows, reporting, and the needs of franchises and multi-unit setups.
