This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee all facets of constructing various components (hotel, activities, train, cruise, etc.) of the travel products within the operational and booking systems.
• Exhibit exceptional project management and organizational abilities, demonstrating multitasking skills while collaborating effectively with internal stakeholders across different functions.
• Enter all contract information, including room types, rates, inventory, and taxes, with a high level of precision.
• Promptly update the system when there are changes in rates and/or terms.
• Accurately input all service types of inventories and manage inventory reductions supplied by vendors.
• Identify and address any potential impacts on existing bookings.
• Execute pricing applications in line with current business practices.
• Ensure the accuracy of both inputs and outputs through thorough proofing.
• Achieve all Key Performance Indicators (KPI) for each assigned task.
• Update all systems and internal communications in relation to vendor modifications and passenger requests.
• Address product build inquiries received through the help desk and chat channels.
• Regularly maintain departmental documentation to incorporate updated processes.
• Collaborate closely with the Systems and Innovations teams to enhance the booking system.
• Develop strong and stable working relationships with both internal functional teams and cross-functional teams, with some guidance and support from senior team members.
• Tackle problems of moderate complexity that may require data or situational analysis.
• Use judgment within the parameters of the role or established procedures to determine the suitable course of action.
• Offer recommendations for improvements in content processes.
• Conduct proactive checks on products, services, travel documents, websites, and other areas where content is delivered.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
• Bachelor's degree is preferred.
• At least 2+ years of relevant experience is required.
• Must be adept at communicating with both internal and external customers and vendors through various communication methods, including phone calls.
• Highly organized and exceptionally detail-oriented.
• Proven track record in establishing and meeting deadlines.
• Capability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong analytical skills and strategic thinking capabilities.
• Experience in working with databases and systems.
• Proactive mindset towards enhancing processes and tasks.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
