This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.
• Aid in assessing experiments and interpreting outcomes to enhance product initiatives;
• Engage in analyzing pricing experiments and interpreting findings to guide product and marketing strategies;
• Focus on refining the current LTV forecasting model and create additional predictive models as necessary;
• Develop reports and dashboards to enhance visibility into product trends and opportunities;
• Identify and investigate potential growth avenues based on data-driven insights;
• Proficient in advanced SQL – capable of crafting complex queries using joins, window functions, CTEs, and aggregations; able to optimize query performance for large datasets;
• Experience with ETL pipelines and constructing data workflows (Airflow, dbt, or similar); knowledgeable about ensuring data quality, reliability, and timely delivery;
• Basic proficiency in Python for data analysis and automation;
• Familiarity with any BI tool (Looker, Superset, Tableau, Power BI, or similar);
• Understanding of essential statistics, A/B tests, and experimentation principles (proper test design, power calculation, post-hoc analysis, etc.);
• Capability to structure and interpret data, ensuring accuracy and valuable insights;
• Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with product, marketing, and other teams;
• A proactive attitude—someone who thrives on exploring data, recognizing trends, and suggesting growth opportunities;
