This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.
• This position is tasked with gathering and assessing data that underpins customer retention strategies.
• Evaluates information through data analysis and assists the retention leader in preparing monthly retention reports.
• Proficient in **English** communication skills.
• Required work experience: between 3 to 6 years.
• A Bachelor's degree in Analytics is mandatory.
• Familiarity with **Customer Retention** procedures is essential.
• Experience within **Insurance Companies** is highly desirable.
• **Product Development and Innovation**: Focus on continuous enhancement and advancement of both new and existing products, technologies, or services, from the conceptual stage to production. Takes user experience and processes into account and leverages this understanding to advocate for the user at every phase of the product lifecycle.
• **Product Strategy and Roadmapping**: Gathers insights from customers, developers, market trends, and competitive analysis, translating them into product development initiatives. Formulates profitable short- and long-term strategies by managing product composition, appetite exposure, and eligibility refinement.
• **Market Research**: Engages in research related to market and industry trends, target user demographics, and rival products. Pinpoints growth opportunities and anticipates potential risks to the product's success.
• **Product and Industry Knowledge**: Exhibits a thorough understanding of property and casualty insurance, including product composition, coverage, exposure, rating methodologies, and general underwriting principles.
• **Project Management**: Adheres to an agile development methodology to envision, plan, develop, iterate, launch, and assess new products, pricing, and/or contract modifications. Provides guidance, delegates tasks, and eliminates obstacles to ensure productivity. Develops prototypes, tests minimum viable products, and adjusts strategies based on feedback. Communicates timelines, project statuses, announcements, rollouts, and change management efforts, including communication strategies.
