📋 Description

• Perform comprehensive research in healthcare and compliance to grasp the regulatory environment, market trends, and industry dynamics.

• Evaluate healthcare data, operational metrics, and market insights to uncover patterns, gaps, and opportunities.

• Create reports and visualizations to consolidate research findings and convey insights to leadership and cross-functional teams.

• Investigate compliance obligations, healthcare regulations, privacy standards, and industry best practices pertinent to mental health service delivery.

• Execute market analysis, competitive research, and customer studies to guide strategic decision-making.

• Transform intricate healthcare data into concise briefs, white papers, and strategic recommendations for leadership.

• Assist cross-functional teams with data analysis, research assistance, and evidence-based insights for strategic initiatives.

⛳️ Requirements

• 2 to 5 years of experience in research, product, consulting, or strategy roles.

• Demonstrated capability to perform research, analyze complex data, synthesize findings, and convert insights into clear recommendations.

• Proficient in Excel, SQL, or other data analysis tools for research and reporting purposes.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.

• Strong organizational abilities, keen attention to detail, and proficiency in managing multiple research projects with precision and accuracy.

• Expertise in the healthcare industry and experience in compliance/regulatory research.

• Knowledge of research methodologies, data analysis, and the synthesis of complex information.

• Experience in market research and competitive analysis.

• Competency in report writing and data visualization.

• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across functions.

• Analytical problem-solving skills using Excel, SQL, and BI tools.
