This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.
• Involvement from the outset in discovery processes alongside Product Managers, Product Designers, and Tech Leads, assisting in identifying problems, opportunities, and actionable insights.
• Analyze user behavior within the product using quantitative and qualitative data, identifying patterns, friction points, and areas for improvement.
• Engage in user interviews, synthesizing findings, and validating product hypotheses.
• Build and keep the product story map updated in collaboration with the PM, ensuring a clear view of the user journey and necessary solutions.
• Write and maintain User Stories in the backlog, clearly defining the problem, the user, the expected solution, and acceptance criteria.
• Ensure that functional specifications are detailed enough for the team to work without ambiguity, avoiding both lack of context and excessive documentation.
• Critically review solutions prior to development, identifying functional inconsistencies, uncovered cases, or potential impacts on other areas of the product.
• Functionally validate developments, ensuring that the implemented solutions adequately address the problem defined in the User Story.
• Operatively manage the backlog, keeping it updated, prioritized, and aligned with the Product Manager's decisions.
• Document product decisions, functional context, and criteria used to prioritize or dismiss solutions.
• Track product metrics and generate actionable hypotheses and insights based on the data.
• Previous experience as a Product Analyst or in similar roles, conducting functional analysis, product research, functional specification, or similar digital environments.
• Ability to transform complex problems into clear and actionable solutions.
• Demonstrable ability to translate business needs and discovery findings into clear, actionable, and well-structured User Stories.
• Experience collaborating closely with Product Managers, Product Designers, Engineering, and Tech Leads in multidisciplinary environments.
• Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) and product delivery frameworks.
• Knowledge of the healthcare sector will be valued, particularly in contexts related to patient experience, clinical outcomes, or health technology platforms.
