Product Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.

📋 Description

• Design, implement, and evaluate A/B testing initiatives.

• Develop and enhance product dashboards (the foundation is established, but optimization and process enhancements are needed).

• Analyze essential product and marketing metrics (CR, ROI, LTV, Retention).

• Advance and refine the product analytics infrastructure.

• Investigate user behavior to formulate growth hypotheses.

• Assist in making decisions that enhance engagement, retention, and monetization.

• Work in collaboration with marketing to assess traffic quality and unit economics.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in a Product Analyst or Data Analyst position.

• Proficient in SQL.

• Familiarity with Amplitude (or similar product analytics platforms).

• Strong grasp of A/B testing methodologies and statistical techniques.

• Experience with mobile app analytics (iOS/Android).

• Capability to transform data into clear, actionable insights.

• Proactive attitude, independence, and adaptability in rapidly evolving environments.

• Nice to have:

• Experience with web analytics.

• Knowledge of marketing data and traffic acquisition specifics.
