This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Utilize a diverse array of analytical methods to extract actionable insights from extensive product and event data.
• Collaborate closely with the product team, functioning as a data-driven advisor and partner in making strategic decisions and prioritizing the roadmap.
• Conduct in-depth analyses of product performance, user behavior, and funnel metrics to pinpoint opportunities for enhancement.
• Convert complex data insights into clear and concise narratives tailored for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Act as the primary resource for analyzing, debugging, and resolving product issues in partnership with engineering, product, and business teams.
• Deeply investigate complex customer-facing challenges, identify root causes through data analysis, and drive resolutions with product and engineering teams.
• Develop expertise in the product and domain of RTB (Real-Time Bidding) as well as the overall programmatic advertising ecosystem.
• Utilize LLMs (such as GPT/Claude and similar tools) to automate repetitive analyses, manage anomaly triage, produce data briefs, and resolve BI requests — this is a core aspect of our operations.
• Create and sustain tools, scripts, and automated pipelines that minimize manual investigation efforts and enhance response times.
• Oversee and resolve Business Intelligence requests; design reusable tools to automate frequently needed reporting tasks.
• Contribute to the development of internal dashboards and analytical tools that facilitate faster decision-making across various teams.
• Collaborate with engineering, data, customer success, and product teams on data-related projects and ad-hoc inquiries.
• Offer innovative ideas and quantified feedback for product and process enhancements.
• Promote data quality, precision, and a culture focused on evidence-based decision-making throughout the organization.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in the AdTech industry in a data, analytics, or product analyst capacity.
• Proficient SQL skills: adept at crafting complex queries that include joins, CTEs, window functions, and aggregations on large datasets.
• Practical experience with BI and data exploration tools (e.g., Redash, Looker, Metabase, or similar platforms).
• Active engagement with AI tools (such as GPT, Claude, or similar) for analytical automation, data summarization, and workflow enhancement.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities with a structured, hypothesis-driven approach to problem-solving.
• Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy and output quality.
• Capability to work collaboratively within a cross-functional, globally distributed team environment.
• Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset and resilience in high-pressure, deadline-driven circumstances.
• Enthusiasm for developing outstanding products and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
• Nice to Have: Familiarity with Python/pandas for ad-hoc analyses and light automation — while not mandatory, it is a significant differentiator; understanding of mobile attribution and measurement (AppsFlyer, Adjust, Singular); familiarity with HTML/Rich media creatives.
