Product Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Portugal.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with Product Managers to define, assess, and monitor North Star metrics and leading indicators for each initiative, linking them to the overarching OKRs.

• Partner with product managers to create, implement, and evaluate product conversion funnels.

• Work alongside engineering teams to guarantee precise and comprehensive data collection for all new product launches and updates to features.

• Act as the main point of contact for product usage data inquiries from the design and product teams, supplying them with essential insights to guide their decisions.

• Facilitate communication and bridge the technical divide between the Product and Data departments, translating business needs into data specifications.

• Oversee data quality and integrity, identifying and addressing any issues related to event tracking or data loss.

• Support the setup and analysis of A/B tests and other experimental feature rollouts.

• Compile and present routine reports and dashboards on product performance to stakeholders.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience as a Product Analyst or Product Owner with a strong analytical emphasis in a SaaS environment.

• Demonstrated hands-on experience with advanced product analytics tools such as Rudderstack, Segment, or Userpilot, including successful implementation and continuous use.

• Extensive knowledge of web analytics platforms like Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Google Tag Manager (GTM).

• Proven success with A/B testing and feature rollout projects.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a meticulous attention to detail.

• Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, capable of working efficiently across various teams.

• Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Looker Studio, Tableau, Power BI).

• Familiarity with SQL for data querying and analysis.
