• About the Role: We are looking for a Product Analyst to join our team in India, supporting operations in the US. This position is research and analysis-oriented, perfect for individuals with strong analytical abilities, healthcare knowledge, and proficiency in compliance and regulatory research. You will conduct extensive healthcare research, assess market trends, and explore compliance landscapes to produce insights that guide product strategy and operations. If you possess experience in healthcare research, regulatory analysis, or healthcare compliance, this is your chance to make a significant impact.
• Your responsibilities will include collaborating with the product team to perform market research, analyze healthcare trends, investigate compliance requirements, and convert complex information into actionable insights. The ideal candidate is methodical, inquisitive, and research-oriented—someone who is detail-focused and excels in thorough analysis, understands the intricacies of healthcare, and is adept at transforming uncertainty into clear, evidence-based recommendations.
• Responsibilities: Conduct thorough healthcare and compliance research to comprehend the regulatory landscape, market dynamics, and industry trends.
• Analyze healthcare data, operational metrics, and market information to pinpoint patterns, gaps, and opportunities.
• Create reports and visualizations to encapsulate research findings and communicate insights effectively to leadership and cross-functional teams.
• Investigate compliance requirements, healthcare regulations, privacy standards, and industry best practices pertinent to mental health care delivery.
• Perform market analysis, competitive research, and customer research to support strategic decision-making.
• Distill complex healthcare information into concise briefs, white papers, and strategic recommendations for leadership.
• Provide support to cross-functional teams through data analysis, research assistance, and evidence-based insights for strategic initiatives.
• Qualifications: 2 - 5 years of experience in research, product, consulting, or strategy.
• Demonstrated ability to conduct research, analyze intricate data, synthesize findings, and convert insights into clear recommendations.
• Proficient in Excel, SQL, or data analysis tools for research and reporting purposes.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, capable of presenting complex findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Strong organizational skills, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to juggle multiple research projects with rigor and accuracy.
• Required Skills: Expertise in the healthcare industry and compliance/regulatory research.
• Proficiency in research methodology, data analysis, and synthesis of complex information.
• Experience in market research and competitive analysis.
• Skills in report writing and data visualization.
• Strong communication abilities and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Analytical problem-solving proficiency utilizing Excel, SQL, and BI tools.
• Preferred Skills: Experience in consulting or startups.
• Exposure to healthcare or healthcare services.
• Familiarity with research methodologies, both qualitative and quantitative analysis.
• Knowledge of healthcare operations, mental health services, or clinical workflows.
• Understanding of product and technology.
