Product Adoption Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Facilitate hands-on customer engagement through product workshops and onboarding initiatives to enhance the repeated utilization of Vena Copilot.

• Identify and address real-world adoption obstacles (such as accuracy discrepancies, user experience challenges, and data/model concerns) while collaborating with Product and Engineering teams to gather structured, actionable customer feedback.

• Confirm product enhancements with customers and ensure that all issues are thoroughly resolved.

• Collaborate closely with Marketing to develop customer proof points, case studies, and referenceable success stories related to AI.

• Equip Sales, Customer Success, and Partners with adoption playbooks and best practice guidelines.

• Monitor and analyze usage trends to proactively intervene when adoption rates decline.

• Assist in defining what constitutes “successful AI usage” across various customer segments.

• Contribute to enhancing the trust and perceived accuracy of Vena Copilot through actual usage.

⛳️ Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in Customer Success, Solutions Consulting, Product Operations, or a related field.

• Excellent customer-facing abilities (including training, facilitation, and troubleshooting).

• Capability to diagnose issues (not merely report them) and drive solutions.

• Comfortable navigating ambiguous and rapidly changing product environments.

• Strong communication skills, capable of simplifying complex concepts into actionable workflows.

• Data-driven approach – skilled in tracking usage, identifying trends, and acting on insights.

• Experience with Excel-based workflows or FP&A tools is highly advantageous; familiarity with Vena is strongly preferred.

• Ability to collaborate across functions with Product, Engineering, and Go-To-Market teams.

• Proactive and accountable, demonstrating a bias for action.

• Interest in AI and a willingness to explore AI-driven solutions for performance enhancement and efficiency gains.

• Experience with AI/ML-powered products is preferred.

• Familiarity with analytics, reporting, or planning workflows is preferred.

• Exposure to SaaS adoption or product-led growth environments is preferred.
