This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Provide administrative assistance to teams at Desjardins
• Support the administration of specialized products and member/client accounts
• Offer advice and assistance to clients as well as internal partners
• Create tools, methods, and processes
• Suggest recommendations, solutions, and action plans
• Analyze data, carry out studies, make recommendations, and compile reports
• Interpret and enforce unit policies, practices, and procedures to ensure compliance with regulations
• A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• At least two years of pertinent experience
• Proficiency in French is mandatory
