Producer IV – Gaming Product Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with key stakeholders to educate, empower, and support developers within the ecosystem, promoting best practices in engagement and monetization systems for their titles.

• Develop programs and expertise in free-to-play and live service systems that foster long-term relationships with consumers.

• Analyze current strategies and provide recommendations to enhance retention and monetization in titles developed by third parties.

• Partner with developers and key stakeholders to establish title-level KPIs that measure success and to offer guidance and recommendations for achieving their objectives.

• Oversee the definition, development, and comprehensive execution of key projects alongside a team of exceptional engineers, data scientists, researchers, and other cross-functional specialists.

• Collaborate closely with a diverse range of stakeholders from both internal and external teams to create tools and capabilities that support the organization's consulting efforts.

• Work with developers to design system architectures, features, and roadmaps that align with title objectives.

• Over 5 years of experience in product management focused on designing and operating live games.

• Proficient in utilizing data visualization tools to craft compelling narratives.

• Skilled in addressing ambiguous challenges and developing structured solutions that consider various trade-offs.

• Ability to work effectively and influence across functions, fostering relationships with teams, including those outside of direct reporting lines.

• Experience in managing expectations and effectively communicating with leadership.

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent professional experience.
