This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Romania.
• Process Automation: Transform existing processes into digital formats and continuously enhance them utilizing AI technologies.
• Procurement Projects: Take an active role in advancing strategic projects.
• Quality Assurance: Establish and enhance quality assurance practices.
• Analysis & Reporting: Create data-driven analyses, presentations, and documentation of processes.
• Partner Support: Aid external service providers in utilizing our billing system.
• Request Management: Oversee the team inbox and professionally respond to email inquiries.
• Point of Contact: Act as the primary contact for telephone inquiries from our external partners.
• Completed degree or vocational training in a commercial or technical field.
• Proficient in MS Office and a strong affinity for IT systems.
• Fluent in German and possesses very good English language skills (both written and spoken).
• Strong and professional communication skills, both on the phone and in writing.
• Organized, independent, and solution-focused working style.
• Team-oriented individual with a strong service orientation.
