Procurement Sourcing Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.

📋 Description

• Take the lead on sourcing initiatives across designated spend categories, focusing primarily on medium-complexity projects, while overseeing the entire sourcing lifecycle from requirements gathering to contract execution and management presentations.

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to establish business requirements, formulate sourcing strategies, manage timelines, coordinate interdependencies, and maintain transparency throughout the supplier selection process.

• Perform market research, supplier assessments, cost benchmarking, Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) analyses, and commercial evaluations to create data-driven recommendations.

• Design and implement negotiation strategies to enhance pricing, commercial terms, contract renewals, and supplier commitments.

• Identify and address operational, contractual, commercial, and reputational risks during sourcing initiatives.

• Review commercial agreements such as NDAs, MSAs, SOWs, and SaaS contracts, and work alongside Legal, Security, and business stakeholders during contract negotiations.

• Track supplier performance and contract utilization, monitor sourcing KPIs, and contribute to the optimization and automation of procurement processes.

• Engage in procurement transformation projects, including the adoption of AI tools and other continuous improvement initiatives.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in procurement, including at least 1 year in international procurement or specifically within the IT/SaaS sector.

• Demonstrated expertise in end-to-end sourcing, managing RFx processes, and conducting TCO analysis.

• Capacity to analyze contract structures (NDAs, MSAs, SOWs, SaaS agreements) and recognize operational or commercial risks.

• Advanced negotiation abilities with structured argumentation, effectively managing supplier objections and utilizing negotiation techniques.

• Strong organizational skills with the capability to handle multiple sourcing initiatives concurrently and align diverse internal stakeholders.

• Practical knowledge of how AI tools can enhance sourcing tasks.

• Proficient communication skills in both spoken and written English (B2+/C1 level).
