Procurement OS&E Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Overseeing the complete procurement process of OS&E (Operating Supplies & Equipment) for high-end hospitality projects.

• Working in close collaboration with design teams, operators, project managers, contractors, suppliers, and logistics partners.

• Ensuring that all OS&E packages adhere to the highest standards of quality, brand alignment, budget management, and operational efficiency.

⛳️ Requirements

• Formal education in one of the following areas: Hospitality and Tourism, Hospitality Management / General Management (focused on hospitality), Procurement or Supply Chain Management for Hospitality, or Retail Management (with significant exposure to the hospitality sector).

• A minimum of 10 years of experience in **OS&E procurement** specifically for luxury hospitality projects.

• Demonstrated experience collaborating with **ultra-luxury or high-end hotel brands**.

• Strong expertise in **budgeting, procurement, and supplier negotiations**.

• Proven track record in managing **inventories, operations, and hotel pre-opening processes**.

• Experience in **international sourcing and logistics**, including customs and operations in remote locations.

• Proficient in **English** (knowledge of additional European languages such as Spanish, Italian, or Portuguese is a plus).
