Procurement Operations Analyst – AI Agents Experience

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Lead the pursuit of operational excellence and ongoing improvements in Source-to-Pay processes by tracking procurement performance, analyzing key metrics, and pinpointing opportunities for enhancement.

• Design, create, and implement custom GPTs, AI agents, and workflow automation solutions to enhance procurement operations, reporting, knowledge management, and team productivity.

• Execute secondary audits to guarantee adherence to procurement policies (such as PO first compliance, average payment terms, supplier onboarding, and PO cycle times), governance standards, and operational controls established by outsourced procurement teams.

• Create and sustain procurement documentation, process guides, training materials, and content for the Procurement Hub to promote operational consistency and knowledge sharing.

• Assist in technology evaluations through market research, benchmarking, and analysis of procurement solutions and industry best practices.

• Deliver project and operational support including project planning, governance coordination, tracking deliverables, monitoring the procurement pipeline, budget oversight, contract renewal management, and onboarding/training assistance across the Procurement team.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience and aptitude in working with AI solutions such as Chat GPT & Copilot within the Procurement function – mandatory.

• A minimum of 3 years in procurement operations, procurement transformation, sourcing support, or related procurement fields – mandatory.

• Proficiency in English (both verbal and written) – mandatory.

• Familiarity with procurement technologies such as SAP, Ariba, Coupa, or similar platforms – mandatory.

• Strong skills in Excel, reporting, and data analysis.

• Experience with reporting and visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management abilities.
