Procurement Manager – Patient Care

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Define and spearhead the European procurement strategy for direct materials and finished goods.

• Ensure alignment of sourcing practices throughout Europe while acknowledging local market dynamics.

• Create and execute a centralized procurement model for Patient Care.

• Facilitate the transition of clinics from local purchasing to a structured, value-oriented procurement process.

• Establish trust and rapport with clinicians, operations teams, and business leaders.

• Promote savings, standardization, and enhancements in working capital.

• Deliver clear performance insights to senior leadership.

⛳️ Requirements

• An experienced procurement leader with a proven track record in healthcare, med-tech, or regulated sectors.

• Demonstrated success in building or transforming procurement functions.

• Strong leadership abilities and a catalyst for change.

• Capable of influencing senior stakeholders across various functions and regions.

• Commercially astute, analytical, and methodical in your approach.

• A Master’s degree (in Business, Supply Chain, or a related field) is advantageous; CIPS/MCIPS certification is a plus.
