Procurement Manager – Buyer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• You serve as the central control hub among demand, purchasing, inventory, and suppliers.

• As a Procurement Manager/Buyer, you ensure that our products are available in the right quantities at the right time, both in the online shop and in retail.

• You proactively identify whether excess capital is tied up in inventory or whether there is a risk of stockouts and take action accordingly.

• You are responsible for forecasting, strategic purchasing, and operational procurement.

• You will develop a system that allows us to manage our inventory data-driven, efficiently, and scalably.

• You collaborate closely with Data, Marketing, Retail, Product, Warehouse, and Logistics to make informed decisions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Several years of experience in demand planning, supply chain, procurement, or inventory management, preferably in the e-commerce or retail sector.

• Strong analytical skills and experience in handling forecasts and inventory data.

• Familiarity with ERP systems (preferably JTL, Netsuite) and data-driven planning processes.

• Excellent negotiation skills and a confident demeanor when dealing with suppliers.

• Structured and proactive working style with a strong ownership mindset.

• Ability to think strategically while also executing operational tasks.

• Hands-on mentality and a passion for building and optimizing processes.
