This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Hampshire, +2 more states.

📋 Description

• Oversee sourcing and procurement initiatives across various spending categories.

• Negotiate pricing, contractual terms, service level agreements, and renewal conditions with suppliers.

• Establish and nurture strategic relationships with vendors to guarantee competitive pricing and high-quality service.

• Discover opportunities for cost reduction, supplier consolidation, and enhanced procurement efficiency.

• Perform vendor assessments, risk evaluations, and performance reviews.

• Maintain the record-keeping system.

• Supervise procurement personnel based in the United States and India.

• Manage the entire contract lifecycle, including creation, negotiation, execution, and renewals.

• Oversee procurement platforms and tools utilized for sourcing, vendor management, and contract tracking.

• Create and maintain procurement dashboards, key performance indicators (KPIs), and operational reports.

• Collaborate with Finance, IT, Legal, and operational teams to ensure procurement strategies align with business objectives.


⛳️ Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in procurement, sourcing, or vendor management.

• 3+ years of team management experience, ideally across multiple geographic regions.

• Proven experience in negotiating complex vendor contracts.

• Familiarity with contract lifecycle management (CLM) systems and procurement tools.

• Experience with the Workday Strategic Sourcing module is advantageous.

• Proven ability to create dashboards, procurement reports, and conduct spend analysis.

• Experience utilizing AI for building, analyzing, and forecasting.

• Strong skills in vendor negotiation and relationship management.

• Understanding of procurement processes, contract frameworks, and sourcing strategies.

• Proficiency in procurement reporting tools and data analysis.

• Capability to manage distributed teams across global locations.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

• A mindset focused on process improvement and operational optimization.
