This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Develops and implements effective sourcing and category management strategies.
• Oversees the company's supply portfolio to ensure transparency in expenditures.
• Addresses issues of varying scopes and complexities.
• Utilizes independent judgment and decision-making skills on intricate matters.
• Reconciles purchases with supplier invoices, confirming pricing and contract adherence.
• Monitors performance by overseeing documentation related to supplier negotiations and promotional opportunities.
• Provides guidance to executives in crafting functional strategies.
• Understands and articulates procurement and supplier management processes.
• Assists with third-party documentation for new market Request for Proposals (RFPs).
• Develops and executes procurement strategies aimed at achieving cost reductions and enhancing operational efficiency.
• Leads sourcing initiatives, including the identification, evaluation, and selection of suppliers.
• Negotiates contracts, pricing, and terms with suppliers to optimize value.
• Manages supplier relationships and tracks performance.
• Collaborates across functions to support business requirements.
• Analyzes market trends, risks, and opportunities to guide procurement decisions.
• Ensures adherence to company policies, ethical standards, and regulatory guidelines.
• Oversees purchase orders, contracts, and procurement documentation.
• Promotes continuous improvement initiatives within procurement processes and systems.
• Leads and mentors members of the procurement team.
• Bachelor's degree.
• A minimum of three (3) years in procurement, relationship/supplier management, or process improvement roles.
• At least two (2) years of experience in project leadership.
• Proven experience collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to foster alignment, facilitate decision-making, and meet business goals.
