Procurement Expert – Part Time

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.

📋 Description

• Perform direct outreach and conduct interviews with software vendors

• Collaborate with software vendors on ad-hoc premium negotiation requests

• Execute annual updates of vendor intelligence

• Develop and oversee a network of subject matter experts

• Manually assemble negotiation preparation packets for negotiators

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 3 years of experience in SaaS sales, procurement, or vendor management

• Demonstrated success in software sales, renewals, or contract negotiations

• Familiarity with common categories and vendors of enterprise software

• Consultative mindset driven by curiosity

• Exceptional English communication skills

• Highly organized and detail-oriented

• Strong analytical abilities

• Self-motivated individual who excels with autonomy

• Advanced understanding of SaaS
