• Examine procurement data to uncover cost reduction opportunities, vendor consolidation possibilities, and process inefficiencies across categories such as hardware, software, and services.
• Keep procurement databases, vendor records, and contract repositories updated to guarantee accuracy and easy access.
• Assist in the RFP/RFQ processes by gathering and evaluating vendor proposals, pricing, and technical specifications.
• Monitor and report on essential procurement KPIs, including spend under management, savings achieved, and purchase order cycle times.
• Collaborate with Finance regarding purchase requisition approvals, invoice reconciliations, and budget oversight.
• Aid in the supplier onboarding process, due diligence documentation, and performance scorecard development.
• Create and manage procurement dashboards and reporting using ERP and analytics tools.
• Facilitate contract management activities such as tracking renewal dates, compliance milestones, and deliverable timelines.
• Work alongside technical teams to convert hardware and infrastructure needs into actionable procurement specifications.
• A Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, or a related discipline.
• 2–4 years of experience in procurement, supply chain management, or strategic sourcing.
• Proficient in procurement or ERP systems (e.g., Coupa, SAP Ariba, NetSuite).
• Strong analytical capabilities with experience in Excel, Google Sheets, or BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker).
• Familiarity with hardware procurement in data center or hyperscale environments is advantageous.
• Detail-oriented with robust organizational and time management abilities.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
