Procurement Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Europe.

📋 Description

• Engage in negotiations with vendors to obtain optimal pricing in accordance with Remote’s terms.

• Oversee the complete procurement process within Coupa, collaborating with key business owners and stakeholders.

• Monitor and track software license renewals to guarantee the timely continuation of services.

• Collaborate with Remote’s Data Privacy, IT, Finance, Legal, and Security teams to ensure adherence to all relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies.

• Prepare and keep precise records of all procurement activities.

• Maintain ongoing communication with vendors to resolve daily issues, including addressing and escalating vendor non-performance.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in indirect procurement (services and SaaS).

• Strong background in managing vendor relationships.

• Familiarity with Coupa Intake & Orchestration is advantageous.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.

• Robust organizational and problem-solving abilities.

• Proficient negotiation and contracting skills.

• Strong project management capabilities.

• Excellent documentation skills.

• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a globally distributed team.
