Procurement Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.

📋 Description

• Assist in the comprehensive purchasing process for IT hardware, software, and licenses intended for client resale as well as for Atlas Technica's internal procurement requirements.

• Foster and maintain vendor relationships, which includes onboarding new vendors, filling out vendor account application forms, and updating vendor information.

• Aid the Procurement Manager in handling purchase requests, obtaining vendor quotes, generating customer quotes, and creating purchase orders.

• Keep supplier records and price lists up to date.

• Participate in supplier negotiations and Deal Registrations with OEMs such as Dell, Palo Alto, Cisco, Juniper, and Lenovo to secure favorable pricing, terms, and service level agreements (SLAs).

• Monitor order statuses and keep requesters informed with estimated time of arrival (ETA) updates.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in procurement, purchasing order processing, or vendor management.

• Proven experience in sourcing and purchasing IT products and services from distributors in the UK and US, including hardware, software, and licenses.

• Strong skills in vendor relationship management.

• A solid understanding of supply chain processes.

• Exceptional organizational abilities with keen attention to detail.

• Strong communication and negotiation skills.

• Experience with ConnectWise Manage, CPQ, or similar ERP/PSA tools for creating client quotes and managing the purchase order process.

• Previous experience in a Managed Service Provider (MSP), Value-Added Reseller (VAR), IT reseller, or IT distribution setting is preferred.

• Familiarity with major IT vendors and distributors such as Dell, HP, Juniper, Palo Alto, Microsoft, Ingram Micro, and Tech Data.
