This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Peru.
• Assist in the comprehensive procurement of IT hardware, software, and licenses for resale to clients, as well as for the internal needs of Atlas Technica.
• Foster vendor relationships by managing vendor onboarding, completing new vendor account applications, and maintaining vendor information.
• Collaborate with the Procurement Manager to process purchase requests, gather vendor quotes, generate customer quotes, and create purchase orders.
• Keep supplier records and price lists updated.
• Aid in supplier negotiations and Deal Registrations with OEMs such as Dell, Palo Alto, Cisco, Juniper, and Lenovo to secure favorable pricing, terms, and service level agreements.
• Monitor order statuses and keep requesters informed with estimated time of arrival (ETA) updates.
• A minimum of 2 years’ experience in procurement, purchasing order processing, or vendor management.
• Proven experience in sourcing and purchasing IT products and services from distributors in both the UK and US (including hardware, software, and licenses).
• Strong skills in vendor relationship management.
• A solid understanding of supply chain processes.
• Exceptional organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Experience with ConnectWise Manage, CPQ, or similar ERP/PSA tools used for creating client quotes and managing the purchase order process.
• Familiarity with working in an office setting.
• Professional demeanor.
• 2-5 years of experience in customer service.
• 2-5 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or order processing.
• Basic knowledge of computer hardware, components, and software.
